The theory of Bochner integrals helps to make sense of this setting and to prove basic existence and uniqueness results. Furthermore, qualitative properties of solution to this kind of equations will be discussed, including the strong maximum principle, representability in the sense of Dunford-Pettis, and Lie symmetries.
