The winner was Jok Tang from Delft University of Technology, for his paper
A generalized projected CG method with applications to bubbly flow problems
which put forward a very nice synthetic approach of the two-level CG methods
coming from the fields of deflation, domain decompostion and multigrid. In recog-
nition of the quality of this contribution, IMACS has decided to grant him free 2008
IMACS membership..."
